Hi! I’m Ayja, founder of Graymoore Consulting. I launched this business with a passion for supporting others and a deep commitment to children and early education. I believe that early education is the foundation of a child’s life, and I’m dedicated to helping child care centers thrive, bringing quality early education programs to communities across the United States.

With over a decade of experience in the child care industry, I’ve successfully guided a franchise from 6 locations to 138 locations in just 12 years. My expertise includes marketing child care centers, opening new locations, scouting properties for expansion, franchising, and more.
